Answers about your learning journey, Free and Premium, and what to expect from Milk Drops.

Who is Milk Drops for?

Milk Drops is designed for expecting and new mothers who want accessible lactation education throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

When will lessons become available?

Lessons unlock according to pregnancy milestones based on the estimated due date you enter in the mobile app. After birth, content follows your baby’s actual birth date.

What happens if my baby is born early?

Enter your baby’s actual birth date. Your journey transitions into postpartum education and may include specialized content intended for an earlier-than-expected delivery pathway.

What if my baby arrives after my due date?

Your educational pathway may adapt to a later arrival. Update the actual birth date when your baby arrives to begin the postpartum journey.

Can I go back to lessons I already completed?

Previously available lessons are intended to remain accessible unless a specific module is configured otherwise. Premium users receive ongoing access to the educational content included with their plan while their access remains active.

What is included with a free account?

A free account includes the introduction and selected free educational modules so you can explore the Milk Drops experience before subscribing.

What does Premium include?

Premium is designed to include the full pregnancy and postpartum educational journey, including premium modules and specialized education pathways made available for your stage.

How will Premium subscriptions work?

Milk Drops plans to use secure online subscription checkout. Pricing and the final subscription options will be shown before paid access launches. You will always be able to review the price and terms before subscribing.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscription-management instructions will be provided when paid subscriptions launch. Depending on the payment method used, you may be directed to a secure billing portal to update payment information or cancel future renewals.

How do I reset my password?

Password reset is handled through the Milk Drops mobile app. Use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your account email address.

How do I schedule individual lactation support?

Use the Schedule Support button to open Sarah’s external appointment-booking page. Appointment availability and the virtual visit itself are managed outside the Milk Drops app.

Does Milk Drops provide telehealth or video visits?

No. Milk Drops provides education and a link to schedule additional support. Any appointment, telehealth visit, video call, or clinical charting is handled through the consultant’s separate systems.

Is Milk Drops a replacement for medical care?

No. Milk Drops provides educational information and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Contact your qualified healthcare professional for questions about your specific situation.

What should I do in an emergency?

Milk Drops is not an emergency service. If you believe you or your baby may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 in the United States or contact your local emergency services immediately.

Who should I contact if the app is not working?

Use the support contact listed on the Milk Drops website or within the app. Please do not use technical support channels for urgent medical questions.
